Wildlife Gardening Gathering & The Museum

April 7 @ 6:30 pm 8:30 pm

Join us at Haslemere Museum for a special evening dedicated to one of Britain’s most loved mammals: the hedgehog. We’re thrilled to welcome Dr Sophie Lund Rasmussen, known internationally as “Dr Hedgehog”, joining us on screen from her current research base. Sophie is one of Europe’s leading hedgehog researchers, widely recognised for her pioneering studies into hedgehog behaviour and survival, and familiar to many through her BBC appearances and warm, engaging style.

The evening will explore simple, practical steps to make your garden a safe haven for hedgehogs and other wildlife. You’ll also have the chance to meet fellow local nature enthusiasts over drinks and nibbles.

Guests will be given an exclusive preview of the Haslemere Nature Recovery Strategy, with an opportunity to share thoughts and help shape its direction and an update on the newly launched Swift Recovery Project.

Tickets are free but limited to 90 due to space, so booking is essential via Eventbrite (link below).
